Guangdong Provincial Museum

At 10:00 am we arrived at the Guangdong Provincial Museum. The Guangdong Provincial Museum is shaped like a maze. This is a very distinctive building. The entry is free, but the team is very long. When we have been in the library for an hour or two, we finally enter the pavilion. We can see different exhibitions in the pavilion on the same day. The pavilion includes Guangdong historical and cultural exhibitions, Guangdong Natural Resources Exhibition. Earth fire art, ceramic exhibition, Zi Shi Ning Ying exhibition, you can see all kinds of treasures in the museum.

We went to the Natural Resources Exhibition, the Baoyu Stone Museum and the Terrestrial Wildlife Museum. Traditional handicrafts such as Chaozhou woodcarvings, glazed porcelain, Shiwan pottery, and Guangzhou tooth carvings are prominent in Guangdong, some traditional techniques, and fossils of extinct animals of natural specimens. There are also many different kinds of stones that can be seen in the gemstone museum: ore, cassiterite, wollastonite, star glory, star ruby, star sapphire, star quartz, star garnet, starlight moonstone, kyanite, green Curtain stone, malachite, powder crystal, grape stone. When I saw these various stones, I learned more about stones that I didn't know before.
